How did the pipe fit with your bags, any interference? Did you get a pic with bags on?

No pics but the clearance is about the same as with the stock top muffler, 1.5"-2", it was never an issue.
Clearance stays the same because the exhaust and bags are both mounted independent of the swing arm.
