This is a MINT set, with Easy Brackets installed onto them, and have the Chrome bracket that mounts under the frame rail also. The Easy Brackets have locks on them for when mounted.
These would be a "plug & play" set, as in no modifications needed of any kind.
The Brackets are installed in such a way, that no need for the hard to find "directional relocation kit".
I used these maybe 5 times at the most, and in a box when not used.

I do have just the chrome brackets for easy brackets saddlebag mounts that mount under fender rail also for $90 (BRAND NEW)
