I do not know what brand these are. They are Plastic not fiberglass. Bags are in good shape, they were mounted on a 2011 FLSTN that is white and black with 2 pin stripes. There are a few marks on the side of the bags that face the motorcycle where they rubbed on the mounts but nothing serious. They do have Speakers mounted in the lids. I do not have mounting hardware for these what you see is what you get.
