Arlen Ness Big Sucker with black cover. This breather came on a bike I bought. The filter has been slightly wrinkled like something pushed really hard on the face plate. Everything is fine, backing plate and cover have no damage. Works fine as is or someone could order a new filter to make it perfect again. It came on my 2013 Softail Slim.
