Inner shift lever part # 19-738. According to JP Cycles it fits all FX and FL Softail models 97 and up, do your own research.
Not sure of the part # on peg. It is the extended Fusion shift/Brake peg.
Peg sells for around $30 new, lever is about $90 new. Asking $70 shipped priority mail in CONUS for the set, will sell separate.
Both are in extremely good condition, no fading, chips or scratches other than at mounting points. Removed to install black parts, ran for a season.
