Okay....putting feelers out there. So I love this exhaust but I am at a crossroads. I am installing hard bags and the conversion kit is in the way of the exhaust. Was considering making mods to the exhaust to make it all fit but it would be a shame to ruin it.

UPDATE: Here are pics. I did find a spot where the floorboard was leaning up against the exhaust. They include spacers that give the exhaust enough room to clear it but still not enough. Obviously you cannot see this once they are mounted. Keep this in mind if you buy this setup in the future.

According to Revzilla's site, Yes it will. You just have to purchase an O2 sensor plug kit from V & H. They are around $20.00. I'm assuming the year of your bike does not have O2 sensors. That is the reason they plug the O2 sensor holes.
