Is it part #1101? Was the top tab drilled to make the hole longer? Looking for to to fit a 09 heritage

The top hole looks factory drilled. I did not modify the bar in any way. I don't see a part #on it anywhere.

So if you don't know the part number how do you know the fitment? I've seen the 110-1 bar and it doesn't have that double hole in the bracket. It's just one long slot from top to bottom so it's a little confusing.
