It looks like RSD had a spring seat and Spring seat kit, but no longer do... ? Any idea why?

Anyone have a spring seat on a RSD tracker fender? If so, Which seat and kit?

 

A few years back when i was at his grand opening, Roland, really wanted to get the price down on some of his parts so they were more affordable. I want to say the vintage spring seat msrp was around $600. I've heard rumors that they are developing a new one but haven't seen anything yet. I got lucky and found two of his spring seats in Canada.
