Default 2008 Night Train built like a 50's bobber

Mess load done. DNA springer, Cross bones wheels and seat, handmade bars with internal throttle and twist clutch, lowered 2", forward control extensions and floorboards. Removed center console and relocated speedo to a cup on the bars. Grip ace for all switches, Patriot Exhaust, etc.... PM me if you have specific questions.

It looks great! Would it have been cheaper to just start with a Crossbones and just black it out? That's essentially what you created.

Great looking bike. Those empty bars are excellent looking.

Yes, good work there on the bars, and front end.

Needs to be lowered in the rear.

Be careful with that DNA springer, I've heard and seen the aftermath of those failing.

Other than that, looks great

+1 on that, most of what you've done is already on the Crossbones.

I didn't like the negative rake on the cross bones.

Looks good! I dig the clean bars. I thought about the integrated brake, then decided on foot clutch over twist. Did you use GripAce for the buttons? That exhaust looks beefy, maybe just a little lower in the rear would make it flow better. You missing the left grip? Overall, nice build!

Yea the grip ace is killer. I had to relocate it under the tank on the left after I put the twist clutch, but is still works perfect. I got the lowering bolts in the garage for todays project. Had to order another grip from Russell since the first set had the cut out for the Grip ac and wont fit over the over sized twist clutch.
