DeanO, how is Outlaw Cycles? I have been checking their history, and seem to be a reputable place to deal with. Didn't want to have an issue like with Demons...........

 

There products (from what I have seen) are good and are a really good price BUT they did ASSURE me that the forward controls would fit an 07 and they did not. After I got them and told them that they wouldn't fit they said "any custom shop should be able to modify them to fit without too much trouble, you shouldn't have taken them to a Harley Dealer to get them fitted".

I remember thinking that is you simply added some washers or spacer to bring the left side out a few millimetres it would have fitted and then someone on here confirmed that. I had already paid for accutronix controls at that time and so still have the other set here. There is a post from me with pics of them on here somewhere....

Ordering products for an 07 will always be a drama I think.... even the 08's have quite a few "fixes" that make them different again.

I ordered the Kuryakn chrome axle covers and they too wouldn't fit without grinding part of the right side down to not hit the brake but that looks quite good now that it is on.

Getting there... slowly!
