Just got a reply from Accutronix, Loader....

Accuronix said:
"That's a confusing question. The brake line "Tee" has a port in it for the stock brake light switch. If this guy did not put the stock brake light switch in this port I have no idea what he did. It may be possible that he did not use my brake line & just ran a solid line front to back with NO "Tee" in it."

So what did ya do Loader, if you dont mind me asking...
OK, ok.. I gotta tell everyone that Accutronix(Troy) swore that the FC106- Series would fit the 07 Fatboys.. and I had to send them a series ofpictures showing them that they would not indeed fit. (Pics below) Then they asked me to send back my controls for modifications. You could say I pioneered the movement.. But I didn't expectthem to be following HD every change.(New motor this year )Sooo The brake line they supplied(back then)did in no way fit the OEM position of the brake light switch. I'm slightly offended that anyone would suggest running a straight line from the MCylinder to the caliper.. All this being said I fabricated a brake line with two Goodridge lines andwent with one of these: a Banjo/brake light switch that can bolt directly to the MCylinder or Caliper(mines on the caliper) I had to lengthen the light switch wires heatshrink and give it a clean look. Won't find it in a HD bolt on accessroies catalog.. HA

They don't fit-----> See where the rear plate is butting up against the front primary mount.

I have Accutronix 3" extended controls on my 04 Fatty. I installed them myself before I even rode the bike. The only prob I had was breaking the floorboard bolts loose, I needed a torch to heat them up. The brake line's easy, just measure and get the right one. Good luck.
I'm assuming they lock-tite those bolts?

Hey Royboy make sure you ask the peeps who make the FC you may get if the extended version will hit the front fender. Accutronix did say their extended would hit my 07 fattys front fender. And eheh their heel/toe FC controls wouldn't work on a Softail.. Sigh :P

Lets try to keep our R&D minimum, we don't get paid to R&D !!

If I knew all the questions..I'd have all the answers already!!

True enough, I'm thinkin a spacer might come in handy at this point, enough to clear the fender. That is, if one was to go with the ext. version.

The brake line that I got from Accutronix isn't gonna fit my 07 fatty...

I gotta come up with something.. any help on this?
(not very knowledgeable on brake lines(yet hehe))
I managed to put the old one off tho!! in one piece and nothing bent(pretty good for a hard tube line)
I should maybe try to use the old one... and add a piece? or section..

So right now I have the FC brake on (with out brake line) pfft its just back brakes LOL and Ill put on the FC shift tomorrow(or tonight) and kickstand.

I tried to tell ya. As stated above there are no direct replacements for 07 fatties...
You didn't like what I did with the Banjo switch?
