I had a Bare Bones on my Deluxe -- for about one month. I couldn't take it for over one hour. Eventually moved to the Le Pera Maverick Daddy Long Legs and now I am happy (as is the wife). The stocker sits you on the tank and the Bare Bones feels like a piece of plywood (but it looks cool). SJ Ron

Put about 50k on my bar bones before I saw the light and gave up on it for good. Love my Corbin though. Bare bones does look good though.

I went with a LaPera Silhouette w/gel. I still have the looks and "sit in the bike" feel of the bare bones with a lot more comfort.

A longer ride is about 100 miles with the LePera.

Has anyone here tried the silhouette solo deluxe? It looks like it should provide more comfort to the ****.

I have had a Danny Gray with saddle gel for two years. Great seat, puts you down and back about two inches. Three hours in the saddle with no problem. I highly recommend saddle gel...my brother got another brand with no saddle gel and hates himself after an hour.
Saddle is the best 75 bucks you will ever spend. Ride safe.
