So I took my 2014 Breakout to dealer yesterday to ask about squeaking sound from front and they kept her there. Started as a squeak occasionally when u hit bumps in road, then became a constant squeaking sound when I road. Sound could even be heard when you held front brake and pushed down on bars without moving. Oh, did I mention the bike only has 490 miles. Dealer heard the noise and said could be the bearing or possibly something else cracked. They are disassembling it today to find it and repair. Obviously still under warranty, but has anyone else had a similar issue?
Dealer contacted me and it ended up being the pullaway bearing had to be greased and the pinch bolts on triple tree were not torqued properly, causing movement in the bar. Will pick it up tomorrow and see how she feels. While its there they r taking care of the recall also.
