Which upper ABS brake line did you end up going with? I'm needing the same thing, but having a hard time finding the correct one. I figure the Street Bob brake line would probably work. Thanks.

from what i remember... i was looking into Hill Country Custom Cycles and Drag Specialties. but i went with Drag Specialties because they were readily available. Unfortunately it didn't match the rest of my cables because they were braided stainless, but the fit was perfect. It was just going to be temporary while i waited the Hill Country Custom Cycles 6 week wait, but i used a wire loom to cover it up and i kinda liked how the wire loom looked over it and just decided to keep it like that.

Hey sinthroid, sick slim. Love the look of the bars

Are those 10 inch x 1.5 diameter Todds Cycle chubby strippers? Where did you order them from? could you possibly post a link. Also does the 1.5 inch diameter bard fit on the stock softail slim riser? Or do you have to buy new risers to fit those bars.

Thanks in advance, no rush.

Tony

haha thanks sorry I was just confused when I saw you put "10x11.5 strip bars" If that was the same as 10x 1.5 inch bars. Thanks for the speedy reply tho.

and I'm assuming these bars do not fit on the stock slim risers..

Thanks

Just messin around atomao. Yes, they are 10x1.5" bars and the stock risers will not work. Got the bars and risers from Phat Performance. Bars are around $250 and risers were $110.
Great looking and good finish. Putting them on a Slim?

Did your bars and risers tighten down good? I am installing this same setup and have tightened the riser bolts as tight as I can but I can still force the bars to move in the risers, I was thinking it was because the bars have no knurling on them but seem to see a lot of people with this setup.

I am wondering what risers you had to use to make the 1.5" diameter bars fit? I have a 2016 softail slim s and from I understand these bars wont fit stock risers and also stock cables due to the abs brakes. Does anyone know what risers to use and if its true stock lines on a 16 softail slim s wont work with 10" Todd cycle strip bars with 1.5" diameter?
