Don't you think the additional 100+ additional pounds of the Ultra might have something to do with that. Harley lists the FatBoy at a dry weight of 683 pounds, with 788 pounds for the Ultra.

Try the same test with a Dyna WideGlide or Softail Deuce (both have a spoke front wheel) and report the results.

Ok, I'll go buy one of those too and get back with you right away with my findings![sm=goodidea.gif]

I suppose the extra weight could play a part in this......

IMO it's just not a FatBoy without solid wheels.
Damn it!!! I thought for sure I had a Fat Boy.
