Are those Screaming Eagle slip on mufflers? Reason I ask, is I just installed a set and they almost touch the saddle bags - - yours have more space.
I'm a bit worried that the heat will cause problems to the bag and contents.

Thanks,

Yes dealer installed the Screaming Eagle slip on mufflers as part of the deal when I purchased the bike. Also had Boss Bags inserts done if that makes a differance? Also added the quick detach backrest and rear guards so maybe that slightly changed the bag position?

13 Heritage here. Only problem I've had so far is having to keep women from stripping naked and jumping on back for a ride!

The rear guards may have changed the position. If you don't mind, please look inside the bag and see if they drilled new holes to move the bag up.
Yours look a bit higher than mine, but hard to tell.
Thanks - - great looking bike.
I just added a SE air cleaner, and FuelPak.
