Default SMOKED TOMBSTONE TAIL LIGHT

I am still looking for and waiting for a smoked tombstone tail light. I would have thought there would have been one on the market by now. Any one seen one or heard of one. I would think it would be a good seller. Maybe I should look into manufacturing them. I would not know where to start.

Try http://www.claussstudios.com/tell Gregg that Eric de Jong reffered you, he can make anything in any color you like. Let me know how it goes. I may want to do the same.

Nikonf8, did you have any luck?
I am looking for one for my customized Deluxe. The red doesn't look as nice as the smoked would!

Nobody makes one yet....I removed my lense and took to an import car customizer and had them spray tint it. The red still shines through but it looks black...You can change out the bulbs to LED's if you want it brighter.

Looks awesome! I heard that option from a friend and wasn't quite sure how it would come out. I'm glad you chimed in with the pictures!
Great job~thanks for sharing the photos!

It is sprayed on the outside. Not sure what type it is, but it was designed for tailights. I'm sure an automotive place would have something on the shelf. A guy I work with hangs out at one of those customizer shops, and I don't remember how the conversation even started, but he told me the shop could do exactly what I was looking for...And it was...It completed the whole non-color theme I have on the bike.
For the ultra safety conscience, I don't recommend it. In direct sunlight, you can't see the running light, but the brake shines through fine..In the dark the running light is dim, and the brake is fine.
