Default Swingarm bag for a slim

Just picked up a new slim and thinking of getting the swingarm bag. I don't want to throw the lines of the bike off by getting a saddlebag or anything else. From a few of the pics I've seen the bag looks good. Anyone have any thoughts or advice? Maybe a different direction or other pics to look at? I'm not looking to carry a ton of stuff with me. Just a few essentials.

There are a few threads around about swingarm bags. The link goes to the bag I had made by Bad&G. Great bag and should do what you're looking for.

I mounted a solo bag on my Slim, but wasn't too fond of the look. I got the HD tool box mounted on the left side now.

I never thought about the HD tool box. I'll take a look at that too. I definitely don't want to take away from the lines of my bike.

That's why I switched to the tool box. The black one really blends in. Do a Google search for "Softail toolbox" and look at some of the images. They should help.

Here's mine with the H-D bag (p/n 90200417):

You won't be doing any long trips with it, but it's plenty big enough to hold tools, water bottles and whatever you'd normally be filling your pockets with...

I even hung a smaller toolbag in the "notch" of my mustache engine guard for a little extra...

Default Don't have a slim, but...

I had the same concerns with my Blackline, and decided on a solo bag from Boss Bags. They even customized mine with a small padlock so i could lock my bag to deter theft. Also fantastic customer service, I happened to be in the area visiting family and the owner worked late on a Friday and on Saturday to have the bag finished over the weekend to take home with me.

Jam436... Nice bike. Like the mustache guard. Are you happy with it?
