Well just got done putting apes on my bike. But there's one thing wrong. My cover don't fit anymore! Never even gave it a thought until i tried to put it on. Will a cover for a touring bike work? I just need a cheap one to keep the dust off.

Exigent has nice covers for bikes with apes. SJ Ron

 

J and P, or Dennis Kirk sell covers for customs or choppers that are made to accept the longer length of the apes.

I've got the basic HD cover designed to fit my Heritage, and it goes over the 16" apes just fine...

 

I got a cheap one from Wally World. Worked fine with my apes. This thread had me laughing cause I just put a sissy bar on and now MY cover don't fit HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

 

Haha yea was all excited about my new bars then went to put my cover on and I got sad.

Im going to check at the wall marts later this week

 

I ordered an El Cheapo for a Touring bike from eBay for $18, and fits over my apes. It was baggy where the TourPak should be, but I just tied it in a knot in the back, since I don't have a sissy bar.
