I had HCC do my Yaffe bars for my street glide last year. Couldn't have been happier. Made it all plug and play and took me no time at all to get them plugged in and working.

Oh come now... soldering isn't that bad once you screw a few up and learn that you need the nice electronics solder with the fine resin core.. There's only 20 or so wires, and 2 ends, so ~40 solders.

I have 4.5" inch pullback risers and 16" tall bars... I have no more flex than a buddy with 16" bars on his RK.

Also, you can get the extensions right from Harley too. They are plug and play. I used plug and play extensions and still had to cut the end that goes to the switches and solder them since the plug wouldn't fit through the access holes in the bar.

I don't know about a 3" riser though. IMHO, the bars should be mounted as close to the tree's as possible. I have been told that the taller the risers the more play you get in the bars.
