Spray a little Westlys White stuff or bleach on them then a good old Brillo or SOS pad. I have been told those will damage my tires or my White walls but I been doing it for 2 years now and they still look brand new. Also, that Mr. Clean pad or whatever it's called works great too. They don't last long but they do clean well. How old are the tires? If those don't work your white walls may have oxidized beyond repair. Good luck.

My tire is about 2 years old I tried the Westlys before I'll try to use Mr Clean see if it will work if not time for a new one ...

Worst case scenario, a little mineral spirits.

I have always used SOS pads with great success.

mr clean magic eraser with either some simple green or purple power (from wal-mart). Works great for me.

Another vote for the Mr Clean Magic Eraser here. I could not believe it worked as well as it did. I use purple power / water mix and a magic eraser and about an hour of elbow grease and they might as well be brand new.

One question though, how is it you still have tires after 2 years? When the tires start to yellow, that is the "you need to ride more" indicator.

Someone told me about lighter fluid. I haven't tried it yet.
