Default Breakout Memphis Shade Bullet Fairing

I found this on ebay and wondered whether anyone had tried it on yet? It looks cool on the picture, but I'd like to have a forum member approval/ picture/review before I commit.

I have not ridden with one of these fairings, but I would imagine it is for looks only and minimal protection.

That said, to each their own. I've seen a lot bikes shown on this forum that people rave over and I think are butt ugly.

When it comes to your bike, only you are the one that needs to like the look. if you like the looks go for it. Who cares what anybody else thinks.

If you like it go for it. Just because some tv show makes use of it doesn't mean it can't be a good look for your bike. Good thing they don't ride softails in SoA or we'd all be in trouble!

I had a similar one on my Fxr back in the late 80's. and early 90's. Long before all the cool kids were doing it. I can't say I'm fond of the look on a softail but it's your bike so do what makes you happy.

I wouldn't put it on my BO since I installed billet headlight but if you choose to install this fairing you'll give a different stile to your bike, never mind of SOA.
If you'll go that way consider as an option to add a small chin spoiler that will complete the contour of the bike and paint the fairing in the same color of the bike.

If you're looking for wind protection, that ain't the one to go with. You're bike, do whatever you like.

I like it. I wouldn't put on on my bike cause I think it may look a little off with my apes, but I like the look.
