Thank you! I'm really digging the way this is turning out. Nice when a plan comes together!

Haha, it's funny how the camera plays tricks!

It is an LED cluster from Custom Dynamics, but the lens is the Custom Dynamics smoke option.

The flash from the camera lights up the green circuit board, but its much less obvious in person.

I might take it back apart and mask the LEDs and paint the board. I'll need to do some research though to make sure painting the board won't have any ill effects. I don't foresee any issues though.

Last thing for today - I got the bracket made for the console. I used a 1/8" thick 1.25" wide aluminum flat stock, cut, filed, and sanded to shape, and mounted it with a couple 1/4-20 x 1/2" bolts, and a new full thread 5/16-18 x 1.25" bolt to mount the console onto.

I was all set to install the speedometer and realized when I sold the take-off console, I left the speedometer gasket in it... So, there's a slight delay while I wait for the replacement seal to arrive, but oh well, with another 8" of snow yesterday and today, I've got some time.

Sorry for the delay folks.....It's all done, and I've been having too much fun riding this bike! We finally had some great weather, so I snapped a couple good photos outside in the sun. The pictures are no justice to this paint, and I now understand the challenge the photogs have when shooting bikes for the HD website.

Anyway, I had a couple last pieces that I had to order to complete the project. The last couple orders included the Heavy Breather with black/chrome twisted cover and the license plate mount from a Softail Slim, along with new turn signal standoffs for the rear. These were both shorter than my stock ones and I like how they've pulled the signals in closer to the fender.

Anyway, without further delay, here is the finished product. I'm considering wheels and fishtails for next winter. Until then, all I'm buying is gas!

WOW that looks like a million bucks!!! Probably one of the best looking bikes I've seen.

You sir have a wonderful stable of beautiful bikes.

And thanks for sharing all the tips during this build, they paid dividends when I did my ape upgrade the other evening.

Now that is impressive! You have a good eye for esthetics and that is saying lightly.
You should definitely go with some fishtails, and if you had some black rims with some fat black spokes maybe a 21" up front that would be the cats **** IMHO.
