Default Before and after

I just got done installing a set of progressive 422s. I am not sure exactly how much I lowered it, but I'm guessing around 1 inch. I never measured before I began. It was fairly easy to get this done. I messed with the preload several times. I started with 2 turns from full soft, then I did another 1/2 a turn and then went back 1/4 turn. I think this will be the best setup for me at 195lbs.

Looks nice. The Breakout definitely needs to be lowered.

Thanks everyone! I have only ridden it once after lowering it. From what I can tell she handles good. And I agree, this bike needs to be lowered for it to look really good!!
