Thanks JIMB, thats an awesome set-up, and since u are using all of trhe stock parts you could proably do a 180 tire conversion for less than 500 bucks. All i would need to buy is a fender 180 tire & wheel. Correct?

I had a buddy splice my new electricals into my stock harness.-$12 pack+wings
I've never worked on a Harley in my life until I did this.Like I said, a Deuce hub on my wheel.If you found a good price on a wheel, you could easily shave that down.Kits come with a lot of good stuff in them, you still have to paint and some don't come with the wheel.

I just look at a couple of kits and some of these are $1000-up and don't even include a wheel and tire.$700 for fender struts? not me
