It's a sturdy fender.I weighed it...22 pounds after I cut out the section for the ignition module.I go from solo to 2-up in about 5 minutes.

I just got my DBA short strutless fender in the mail today, I will fit it this weekend and get some pics, Here is the auction I got it from, looks like a pretty good peice, needs a little smoothing,and some grinding too fitbut nothing too big, and it was only $89 + shipping...

I had to cut the frame horns off to fit the 180 in there.Everything else is stock, except for the fender.

BB...I'd love to see how that turns out. I've been thinking the fender thing through now for a few weeks.
