Default Looking at Bobber Seat Style for my Rocker - Not Sure About Spring Seat

I want to switch seats to show more of the front of my rear fender (see photos at my bike's site (http://www.lulays.com/harley). I like the looks of springs under the seats - but don't like how much open space they leave (I want the seat closer to the frame than most springs I've seen, and haven't seen anything like a 1 inch spring). I also want to try to find a bobber seat that will have a cup that will will keep me from flying off the back of the bike. I've been looking at photos at Thunderbike (they are in Europe), and like the look of the seat setup on the Gold Digger Rocker, but again I don't think I need the springs and may fab something up in place of them that is shorter to get the seat lower (I think that would look better too). Opinions and links to options are appreciated. I'm only looking for high end solutions - something that looks top notch.

The following is a close up of my bike which shows the current seat that I'm planning to improve on (it's real comfy, but just too big looking)...

It sounds to me your not so sure about the spring seat option, but really it is a neat look and I think it would improve the look of the rocker.

this is a sick looking rocker with a spring seat

this is an inexpensive seat with a high back and neat look

It takes some work, but a Rocker can be a good looking bike.

The tan seat with the orange pipes is a great style (it looks like a Heartland kit). I've spent a jillion hours looking at photos and weighing the pro's and con's of the different setups. I'm starting to do some photoshop mockups on my bike to see if I get some better ideas. If you spot any stunning seat setups, please let me know. I'm not into "studded" or "aproned" seats. I'm leaning towards something modern/futuristic, but open to anything that blows me away.

I still haven't found a setup I want to go with.
