I called Wild 1 directly today and have been overwhelmed with the friendly service I received. I ordered the risers and a set of 14" chubby in satin black. I get a call this afternoon that said the bars in stock were chrome. He said he's putting my bars at the front of the line for PC and will get them coated in time for them to cool enough for shipping out tomorrow. Incredible if that happens!

Side note, I called WindVest today too and again, great experience. They're going to work with me to get me the right brackets if I have issues. Maybe I'm just not an *** to people lol.

I'm a musician too, but I play drums. Different ballgame.
Bassist here. We play all-original R&B, blues.

Rock on, ride safe!

Did my first thread repair a couple of days ago. Used a Time Sert on the transmission drain hole but buggered the start of the threads for the insert and thought I was screwed. Kept going and got 1/2 - 3/4 of the hole with proper threads for the insert to screw into, so I slathered the insert with thread sealant and installed it. So far it seems to be leak free!

On my 2001 FXST I ordered OEM jiffy stand. The first owner had some extended version that is shaky. Also wanted a bit quieter mufflers. I found that the dealer can order the original bullet style OEM mufflers. I ordered a set.

Chrome swingarm and some big-*** apes with chrome everything up top (still waiting on the damn levers to come in tho). Took her into the shop for this one, though, as the swingarm is beyond me and I don't **** with wiring cause im terrible at it. And of course it was dumping down by the time I got dropped off to pick her up. But you know the old saying about if ya wont ride in the rain...

That's the old lady's Sporty over there She likes the new-school blacked-out everything. Gimme chrome everything, big-*** apes, and loud-*** pipes.

Thanks, man. Dunno how I missed the 105th Anniversary paint scheme when it came out. But I stumbled across it a couple years ago and been wanting to base a cholo bike around it ever since. Finally found a buyer for my Sofail Custom, so it was off to the races.

Right??

At one point I had all that plus my Softail Custom in there. It was like playing Tetris. I really do need a bigger garage just to have work space in it, but there's a power pole too close to the side of it to add on.
