I got some riding in today and my God it was nice. After that I took my son and his buddy crawfishing. Great day for sure.

Decided to show my 06 a little love. I replaced the 8 deg injectors with the 24 deg injectors. Seems that in 06 they used 8 deg bit they caused drivability issues and mine is having the issues that were described in the TSB. Fun little job to do. I miss doing little things like this. I hope to get a good ride in tomorrow and verify it runs well.

The old injectors still in the fuel rail. New one next to it.

Installed new speedometer and took it out for a ride. The newer style speedo is much smoother and steady compared to the terminal style it replaced.

How difficult was that (scale 1 - 5)?

Asking because I would like to upgrade my 03’ Fatboy gauge to a digital one. The original bounces a bit at low speeds.

Mine wasn't at all but I didn't need to cut and splice. I bought a speedo from a 03 bike. Bought a wiring harness to convert my wiring to the new 12 pin connector and then taped up my 3 terminal wires that are now unused.

Is that a 3.5 or a 5 gallon tank? I want to put tank badges on my Heritage but I haven’t found any that fit my 3.5 tank.
