Installed a new battery in my Heritage and took it to get the annual state inspection. Also put a few miles on her. Felt good to get back on the bike.

Fixed my headlight, took off the leather grip wraps with fringe hanging down, and rode a couple hundred miles. Peggy Sue really needs a wash, wax, and polish.

Installed a new Trask Assault air cleaner. I always liked these, but the price was just too high. Found a new one on eBay at a decent price and grabbed it. I did not want to spend another $100 on an external breather, so I filled the internal breather passage and drilled out some grease fittings and installed. Then I ran some rubber lines to a T- fitting and vented to my swing arm. Really like this air cleaner - real nice quality.

I am in the process bringing to life my newly aquired 93 fxstc. So far I've drained the tank andrebuilt and rejetted the stock cv carb. Had two new Metzlers installed on the rims and balanced at my local Harley shop. Removed inner and outer primary to change the drive belt and rear brake pads plus rebuild the rear caliper. Changed the engine oil and filter (before tearing the primary's off). Purchased a Vance and Hines street 2 into one pipe. Installed new poly handle bar isolation mounts. Done hours of chrome refurbishing. Assembly of the primary's is next and then I should be close to tagging it. Any definite things other than usual service that should be looked at. Also changing trans fluid as well.

Rode both long and hard! Restaurants closed, gyms closed, but (for now!) I can still ride to my hearts content despite the Coronavirus outbreak. Curfews coming next?
