Mocked up a king tank while i patiently wait for my new open primary and trans plate for a 6 speed

 

Prog RAPs n Monotubes came in today, another piece of the puzzle in place for the 2020 upgrades

 

I charged the batteries on both my Heritage Classic and my wife’s Deluxe adt took them to get a state inspection so i can renew the tags.

 

Rotated the bar a bit more forward.

 

Finished the hitch and put it on, added 10.2 pounds when not towing the trailer with the ball and ball strut removed, how I will run without the trailer. With the ball mounted on the strut attached to the hitch in tow mode it adds another 3.6 pounds, for a total weight of 13.8 pounds. Just need to buy the trailer light harness for 5 to 4 wire and it will be ready fer its maiden voyage! Oh ya, and still need to trim it back even with the sissy bar mounts and then paint it, when it warms up.

 

adjusted the shocks for 2 up riding, 2 complete turns. not sure how many turns for combined weight of me, 200 lbs. wife I am not sure, big secret. I have a shop manual but it does tell weight ranges. do not have an owners manual and bike is set at whatever factory set. yes, I marked it for reference.

 

Not finished wiring everything up but swapped bars and risers, replaced the master cylinder, and new cables. It's really starting to come together now, just need some warmer weather here in NY.

 

Replaced the cheap plastic fender emblems on my 2016 Deluxe with ones from a 1950 Chevy Fleetliner Deluxe.

 

Installed a set of Progressive 422s today.
