Mine (Wards) do, scalding hot air blasting your right leg at a long stoplight isn't pleasant.

When moving any at all, its not an issue.

Been conditioning the bags that came with my new to be 09 Custom. Mounted them up today but they just don't fit the look of my bike to me. They cleaned up good but the rear it looks like a woman with pones. Side view is okay, the front not to bad if my wife is sitting on the rear.

I can read the code with my Memobike Motoscan so the dealer should be able to do that to, it takes me no more then 2 minutes to know the code so it could not be that expensive to let it read out and
you can change it afterwords to whatever you want.

If you have the fob you can read the set code using 2 different procedures one is for 2005 and earlier and one for 2006 and up

I reset the code after I swapped out the battery, I did not like not knowing what the code was. I never had a reason to look into changing it until it was too late.

Replaced the check valve fuel line that had a pinhole leak.
Bike now runs again. Not a hard job if you read and research enough on how to R&R.
