You might want to consider throwing some S&S high performance heads in there mate. These SE 110s have weak valve springs. Don't ask me how I know.

FINALLY got my headlight centered in the bezel!!! What's the big deal you ask? Well, I didn't think it should be a big deal either, but it was. First thing is I paid someone else to order and install a nacelle for the headlight. He was able to do something creative with a rubber gasket, and, while it wasn't really centered, and you could see half of the gasket protruding, I was okay with it, but another down side was I could not get any upward adjustment on the beam. I decided I wanted a longer bezel with an integral visor for the nacelle. The bezel I ordered was great, but did not include the light mounting bracket--instructions were to transfer your existing one into the new bezel. That's when I ran into real problems getting the beam adjusted and getting the headlight centered in the bezel. I used a rubber gasket to downplay the big gap at the top. I went back in later and made some mods to the light mounting bracket, cutting out some material that was contacting the back of the light, and changing some screw lengths. It was better, but still off center. After lots of online research, I concluded that the headlight bracket included with the nacelle conversion kit was junk (or at least not suited for an LED headlight). I got a completely different mounting kit that employed 3 springs instead of one, and had an open back. I still had to do some minor mods get the hardware to fit inside the new bezel (Dremel tool to the rescue!) and modified the old light mounting ring to use as a shim on top of the new one. If you are still reading and haven't fallen asleep, there are some pics below that might explain better than I can. Anyway, it was a much bigger hassle than I thought it would be but worth it in the end. Final result at the very bottom...
ABOVE: Not necessarily the same brand, but definitely the same style and same headlight mounting bracket type as the original conversion.
ABOVE: Original install (by others) where a gasket was used to fill a gap at the bottom
ABOVE: Big gap up top when I added the extended bezel. Never could get things sorted with the original mounting hardware.
ABOVE: This is the old headlight mounting system I had to ditch. I will refrain from expressing my true feelings for this "system."
ABOVE: New style mounting system I ordered and installed. Day and night difference...
ABOVE: Modified the old retaining ring to use as a shim as there was just a little too much clearance for my liking between the bezel and the new retaining ring. Used a bit of silicone sealant (adhesive) to make it part of the new retaining ring.
ABOVE: Final result with new hardware. Beam is very adjustable. Everything centered perfectly. Happy at last...
In hindsight, perhaps the light mounting hardware/basket that came with the nacelle kit is for a standard beam? ...and the guy who did the original conversion for me should have bought the LED mounting kit I ended up installing myself?
