Not today but Saturday and Sunday, I finally got the pulling to the left issue solved on my Heritage , and yesterday, my wife took her Deluxe and I took the Heritage for about a hundred mile ride. Finally the Heritage rides and handles like it did before my expensive experiment to lower it.

Sadly had to put her away till spring. 2 inches of snow earlier this week means riding season is done for me.

Default Rattle rattle

Smoky Mountain Harley gave me a new gas cap because mine had the rattle problem the new Softail’s are known for and a free bike wash. Also put on the wiring harness for my heated gear. It’s a pain in the **** to get to these batteries.

Someone just posted this to my Facebook. Had to post it here as it was so fitting to how I felt when I dropped of the bike.

DK Custom was looking for someone to test an axel mount license plate relocation bracket. Not liking the OEM plate holder on my 2018 Fat Bob 114 I was more than happpy to help. The install was easy and the fit and finish is bar none! Time to put 1000 miles on and report back to Kevin. Thanks DK Custom!

Looks very good, for us alone is not possible since we are not allowed to hang the license plate vertically. The license plate must be readable horizontally.

I looked at it longingly as I got into my Lexus to drive to work this morning.
