It feels faster because the lowcat should make more torque lower in the rpm range than the TH and Fatcat.. congrats...

That’s what I was trying to say - the Lowcat Dyno had lower numbers overall and also lower numbers in the lower rpm range. Dynos were on same Dyno, same operator, different days. Not trying to compare numbers, but the difference in Dyno numbers were big enough that you would think you would feel a drop in power iseat of pants. But, instead, bike feels as quick or quicker.

Rode it to the shop, like I do most everyday....

And I find that Dwayne purchased a Brand, spanking new 2018 Deluxe, in Wicked Red, last night!

Two Softy's out front now.

Wish I could ride to work but I work remote and my wife won’t let me ride upstairs to my office.

I did add a luggage rack to my sissy bar upright last night.

Just got it a few weeks ago and ordered a windshield. Next will be bags and slip on mufflers.

Coming from a carbed Twin Cam Dyna with straight thru exhaust to this M8 Softail... I felt like it was way to quite in comparison. It is leaps and bounds better in every other aspect, just too quite.

Took my lunch break and installed the Thunder Torque inserts into the Stock mufflers... Now it sounds like a motorcycle!

Can you describe the process of adding these Dwayne? Do you first remove the stock baffles? And do these act as a butterfly valve of sorts, to allow more or less flow depending on the position? You didn't need a re-map?
