Installed Saddlemen G-Tech seat. Can't wait for this evening when it cools off to take it for a spin!

Brought it home from Cullman, Alabama where I found it on Craigslist. 2015 w/ 4100 miles.
First mod will be free....losing the passenger pillion and the sissy bar. Then LED lights up front, and either a Boss Bags treatment or new Viking bags.

Installed 17" Clear View Shields with a re-curve. This replaced a 14" OEM shield.

Put the windshield back on the x-bone, all the row crops round here producing a bumper-crop of flyin insects

Have to add red 1156 bulbs. Not easy to find.
I added the Custom Dynamics Smart Triple Play harness that turns rear turn signals into brake lights. Customs Dynamics front Pro Beam LED turn signals and brake light. H-D oil cooler trim. RC Components exhaust.

Those lights looks great. Was the installation pretty straight forward? No surprises like you needed a bracket or screws that didn’t come with the kit?

No surprises at all other than there isn’t much space to put things under the seat. The controller for the brake lights is small though. Maybe 3 or 4 inches long and less than an inch thick. I’ve since changed out the rear red incandescent bulbs for LED bulbs off Amazon for $20 I think. Waaayyy bright bulbs. Now everything is LED.
Running not brake lights.

Halo around turn signals.

LED from Amazon.

Default new sound for the M8

Installed Vance and Hines Eliminator 300 slip ons recently. Sounds excellent now!
