Must be quite a light, I'd like to see a picture when its finished.

I went simple & just used the LED bolts, seems to work
pretty good so far. Here's an old pic:

Swapped into a retro king and queen seat, big thanks to psychodad for reaching out and offering it up for sale!

That seat looks great on your bike. I’ve looked all over to try and find that seat. If you decide to get rid of it please keep me in mind. Ride safe.

Progressive, front and rear. I’m going to try to get the rear up as high as it will allow and hopefully I can use spacers on the front to raise the front end up. If I can’t use spacers, I’ll get a new set of stock height progressive front springs. The stock ones have over 90 K on them.

When i installed the stock Height Progressive springs, I noticed the front end was lower with 3 3/8' pvc spacer and still to low with 3 5/8.
it would be to stiff if I went more. It is only to low now if I'm loaded up for a road trip.

[QUOTE=JakeC7R;17345705]Wow love the look and the color of your bike!

Is that the Mustang wide solo seat? Looks great!

Edit - looks like they only come in the "wide" version with the backrest - at least for my year. Like it a lot.[/QUOTE

I;m about to order a mustang wide solo seat like yours.
How is the back rest?
Is it positioned good ? not to far forward?
