Since he didn't see your question, I will answer it. I have the same one on my slim S. Yes it is a Harley Wind Splitter. They look and work great. Very little buffeting, and the vent in the middle is adjustable so you can direct the air up and over your helmet, or straight back at you.

Put on new handlebars. I've been battling carpal tunnel for a month or so and the stock bars were killin' me. These seem to help a lot. Got a cramp buster on order, hopefully, it will help even more.

A platypus huh?
i absolutely love the natural feel the stock geometry my Slim was set at the factory, so I never played around with the ride hight.
I might at some point install taller wheels to fill in the fenders which will raise it up some but leave the geometry stock.
my question is did you notice much of a change with the steering characteristics after you raised the back? Or not?

those help? i would think something a little more straight out would be better, and something lower like sportster or wideglide bars. not those with your wrist's turned in like on buckhorns.

Thinking the same thing. I just ordered Carlini Super Sweeps for that reason. Pullback and rise, similar to stock but the wrist position mo betta.

Passing lights are the Harley Davidson ones. I found the trim rings on the Harley website. They are not in the 2017 catalog. Part number 67700117
