Installed Cobra 3" slash cut slip-ons today. The instructions kind of sucked, so it took me a bit longer than I expected. The good news is that they look great and they sound killer. Not quite as loud as the V&H Straightshot slip ons I put on my XL1200X, but way, way louder than stock.

I like the fact that you can rotate the tips on these into different positions.

A riding buddy has the Cobra slip ons, they do sound good. The color of your bike reminds me of my old super glide shovel....primed it with the old brownish red primer and then shot it with matte clear

 

That's cool, because Red Iron Denim isn't for everyone!

My last Harley had a factory hard candy finish, so I decided to go in an entirely opposite direction this time around (and it was the only '17 Slim color that I really like).

I have gotten some nice compliments on it. One guy asked me if he could take a pic of it while I was putting gas in it. He was a model builder, and was looking for a rust color to paint something.

 

Took a quick off road lunch ride into the Virgin River Gorge.

Nah, just havin' my nasty **** on the seat is enough.

Actually, any excuse to ride is enough for me. Took me about 45 minutes this morning to run to the grocery store down the street to get tomatoes for the wife. There's ALWAYS a scenic, long way to everywhere.
