What did you do to Your Softail Today?

Did you do the tire yourself?
I've got a new front tire, but not sure if I'll do it myself or not. I have done plenty of dirtbike tires, but with tubes... is the tubeless Harley tire any different or more difficult?
Also, how to go about speed balancing?

Tubeless are easy, a little engine starter spray inside the rim, stand back and light it. Pops it against the rim. Proceed to fill with air.
No, don't use a whole can of starter. Start small, practice before you try a large tire.
Be sure to go all the way around the rim with the spray or it won't work and you might have to put it out. Start small, dolly tire, lawn mower tire, or similar but it's easy to get the hang of it.

After procrastinating for a long time whether to get Shotgun shocks or not. I decided not after hearing of yet another leak issue on facebook.
(Ready for the Cheer-squad to bash me now).
I just purchased some Progressive 422's on Sale from RidersDiscount. I hope they turn up here in Aus soon.

Changes fork oil on flstsi
48k service, changes rotor out for some cheap one off eBay i polished but put some lyndalls r+( the golds are the best pads I've used so far for stock setup by the way). Cleaned some goop of the front wheel from 20k ago. Drained for oil so now it's still draining soiling for how much se fork oil I should put in with the progressive lowering kit. Maybe 10 ounces? And kept on dreaming about what 95 inch forged Pistons, Andrews 55s and at home head work will do to it. Also spent another ten minutes looking online for 42mn SE cv carb that I know I have seen in person before somewhere. Also checked out what a 18x2.75 rum looks like on front but need a 90/90 instead of 110/90.
