Picked my bike up from the dealer. Got the third set of exhaust on, and hopefully the last. I got the Magnaflow Legacy which replaced the Magnaflow Downlows. I also had some of the hardware for my QR windshield powder coated (Powder Pro) and the trim or the headlight. Looks great.

Buz, from Rock-It Shift came over from Georgia today.

Kevin,
Your Softail is beautiful, I have admired it on many of your posts.

The '48 looks great.
What kind of tires is the 48 running? How do they handle turns stopping etc?

I'm going to buy a decent sissy bar bag by Willie-Max and move the one I have to my handlebars.

I put SE Street Cannons on, added the black exhaust header shields, and put on a SE heavy breather with teardrop cover. I plugged in a PV2 and downloaded a map that I hope is kinda close. It's rainy and cold today but I hope to run some auto tunes tomorrow...

Default Mountain Ride

Lovely early morning ride in the Welsh Mountains. Only negative point was that it was only 3 degrees Celsius (37 Fahrenheit). Fingers were freezing.

Thank you!

Those are Coker tires on the 48. You can see the Project 48 details at the link at the bottom of this post.

We've only put about 500 miles on them, none of them in the rain. But our experience on dry asphalt is that they stop nicely, in the turns there is a different feel, but it is sure footed, just different than the stock tires.
