I installed a wiring harness that hooks the auxiliary lights up to a switched circuit that allows them to be on whether the hi or low beam is on. When you turn off the ignition switch it turns off the auxiliary lights. A 15 min job when you have the correct harness.

Rode it to Church...the long way, of course. The Xieds I installed last week settled in and the ECM got things sorted out now. The Heritage is running much better in every way they advertise it will do. I highly recommend them if you don't have the money for an expensive tuner.

put on the Slim'd down Sundowner 2 up seat. Trimmed the back pad to match the fender profile and trimmed the wings on the front down. Done in gray gator to kinda' match the charcoal satin paint job.

Finally washed and waxed her! Found a wire from the regulator hanging down and cracked, taped it up and reattached, good to go. Hanging down like that could have ended ugly eh?
Now on to installing the SS.

I brought my windshield to the dealer today, the're gonna make it 2,5 inch shorter so I look over it instead of through it.

And then I went to a shop that will rebuild my slim seat which looks cool but in reality sucks.
I'ts too soft so on long trips it really starts to hurt. And is soaks up water like nothing I ever seen before. So it will be completely be rebuild with new outer lining plus waterproof inner lining, thicker foam inside plus a gel layer. The whole thing will be a bit thicker as well. And I'll have my nick name stitched in it, blackSP!
