Washed my bike, since its still squirting out excess fork grease. The dealer really went overboard when they assembled my bike. I have it all over the front of my bike, on the ABS, the engine, the frame around the forks, and even up onto my gas tank.

 

Changed stock seat out for mustang solo with back rest and wide passenger seat. Ebay auction, great price hope it's as comfortable riding as it is sitting in the driveway.

 

Stripped her down for some new paint and got the new 18" apes mounted....can't wait for spring to get here.

 

I'm really thinking about going with Apes but I don't really know what size to go with. Thinking 16" but I'm unsure it's so costly if it's not for me.

 

Pulled by Samson Fishtails off the bike. V&H Longshots will be on by the weekend. Next up; 16" Wild1 Chubbys apes coming off. Not sure which bars to put on. I have a set of pre '09 Heritage bars but am thinking either 10" Chubbys or some stock Fat Boy bars.

 

Wondering about apes? In my 40+ years of riding I never once considered them, just to uncomfortable looking. Then I recently took the plunge chasing a certain look and it's ridiculous how much I love these things. Between my seat and these apes all my aches and pains are gone, no more, nonexistent. I can never see myself going back to anything else. Also, I'm 5'10" and I have the 14", 1.5" Gangsters with their 1.5" bra riser and they fit me perfect. It is true, Carlini runs a little tall.

EDIT: All I have done so far this winter is to go out and check every so often to make sure the little space heater under by bikes cover is still on.

 

with it being 23 outside and WC of 6 with the white stuff coming down pretty good and blowing all over,, I just looked at her sitting there in the garage while I brought in the garbage can.

recently purchased a used mustang seat with back rest, and another set of tins.... which i dropped off at painter to shoot another custom paint set going be a bit brighter and louder in color...
