Cleaner her up and added a Driver Butt Bucket Solo seat. Took her for a 2 hour ride, seat was surprisingly comfortable.

 

Well, it isn't per say what I did, but what she did. My friend decided her Sporty just wasn't enough bike for her. So, we went on the search for a Softail. Came across this gem hiding in a garage.
So. Out with old.

In with the new to her 09 Deluxe.

The PO purchased it early Spring 24 with hopes of getting back in the saddle, due to a back injury he just can't ride anymore. 09 with around 13000K, obviously bags, but a windshield and a backrest are included, recently serviced and ready for the season. Newer tires, brakes are good, battery, all 3 holes changed, plugs, AC. This lil gem is ready for our road trip in October.

Found the Windshield for "Chopper Blue" in my closet back when I first owned my Springer. Installed it and went
for some "Less Wind Therapy".

Doesn't look as cool without it, been 18 years since I rode the Springer with a screen. What a difference it makes through.

We picked up Ally's new to her Deluxe, she's already loving it more so than she thought. I did happen to notice that is has LED's in the rear as well as the front, along with the infamous hyper flash. She's going to buy the load EQ and the Smart Triple Play, and we'll install that next weekend when I head up. She's going to ditch the highway pegs, and we'll remove the passenger boards. She's already looking at chrome. No surprise there, girls like shinny things.
