G'day Fellas.
Well there was one more fluid. Today I did the fork oil with Penrite ATF. I then noticed the horn was loose so re-modeled the bracket. Ran a spanner over all the bolts and was pleased. More grubby fingerprints to clean.
Cheers

Took the cover off, checked tire pressure, made sure all lights work, said a short prayer hoping it would start after sitting all winter, then went for a 25 mile ride. So happy to be riding again!

Decided to go another way on my exhaust...So, if anyone wants a set of Samson True Duals (07-11) I've listed them on the forum market. They are new in the box!

For some reason I'm not surprised, well at least you stuck with blue.

Wondered out to a semi-local watering hole to help shake the winter cobwebs off.

Default Rode the pics out of it!

All I did was put more miles on my Softail Slim S. It's never been washed and it looks more like a 1942 WLA every day hahahaha.

Went over Snolqualmie Pass a couple of days ago on a trip from Seattle to Stites, Idaho. Hit some snow. Hoping it's not bad on the way back West.

Default new wheel

Replaced the spokes with a Centerline polished aluminum wheel. Need a change and no tube. Next is the rear wheel and chrome lowers.
I ordered a cast aluminum wheel for the rear but was for a pre 2000 softail with a 2" rotor hole. The ebay ad did not give specifics until I questioned "it fits all softails" I have the rings and have to find some one to machine a relief for the rings so the rotor aligns correctly or get a new rotor if it not obsolete or get a new wheel.

Any suggestions on how to buff and protect the polished aluminum wheel?
