Well the machinist was back at work and the spacers were turned and everyrhing bolted up again, now everything lines up.
The handlebars which fought back at every step have finally yielded. PM controls and switches are finally in place.
A few more small parts ordered today to complete and it should be ready for its first shake down run.
Getting closer.......slowly.

Been wanting a flag holder for the last 2 years, found one at estate sale. Missing the bracket to clamp on to the bike, had to fab one up. $7 for the holder, $2 for the flag and $1.21 for bolts. Already had a piece of scrap metal. Not the best job but it works, bag hides my work on the bracket.
