Won’t fit. You have the 2 screws they were in the back of the seat. Mine are under it on the sides.

My new tires came in, so I Pulled both wheels, removed the front tire, that was much harder than my little Honda was. I couldn't get the new tire on front wheel, so I am going to take both wheels and tires to a shop tomorrow. Cleaned/shined up a lot of the chrome.
