Cheer!
I woulkdn’t recommend riding aired out (especially the fat boy as the wider swing arm runs closer to the oil tank.
On my bike with shotguns you can add air downward essentiallstiffening it up at any height so you could potentially ride with it almost at slammed height but with long pipes it’d be a bad idea.

I installed a set of DIY driving lights (Grote 64111) to my Springer. Looks good and the windshield still fits. Now I just need to figure out how I want to wire them. The previous two bikes I have done this with I have wired them through a relay and used a switch. Not sure if the small Springer headlight bucket has room for a relay though. Anyone tried it? Sorry, no pics as I'm having trouble getting pics from my phone (Android) to my Chromebook (also Android).
You can view and/or save them to your Chromebook or pretty much any other device.....

Wiring up a Healtech quickshifter today
Pretty simple bit off kit that pulls negative from the battery and positive from the coil back.
It basically plugs in between the coil pack and the loom and when the pressure switch (on the shift linkage) is tripped it cuts power to the coil pack for a microsecond unloading the drivetrain and allowing you to shift at full throttle without using the clutch.
The module is for Bluetooth so you can change cutout duration at various RPM eg
Longer (Slower) duration at lower RPM
Shorter (Faster) duration at high RPM
Fun and fast!
