I saw in the 2022 cataloge an option for a grey stitching Breakout, this may be it:

Yeah mate,
that’s the one I got first,
but the leather is black.

the main leather colour for the 2023 is grey.
I just couldn’t handle that… haha…

Fair enough. They must have a new set coming then, for sure.

Does anyone have the Saddlemen Step-Up seat on their twin cam Breakout? I'm looking to see how people like them, if it changed your seat height or reach, and possibly some pics of what it looks like on the bike.

I'm partial to the longer wheelbase older models too. They just look cool. Nice job on yours BTW

👍

Badass looking scoot! The staggered pipes look great on that bike. Please "say no" to Vance & Hines big radius pipes. Every breakout in the world has those, lol. Bassani Pro Street Turnouts look good on the breakout if I do say so myself. That bike doesn't need much in the way of "bolt on" upgrades IMO. Stage 2 would be recommended, it's a different beast when you add a cam. Maybe an air ride system so you can close the gap between the rear fender & tire. Possibly some Trask moto V-line handlebars in chrome, which will set you upright by a couple of inches & still maintain the look. Beautiful bike!

Thank you I was going to go for the 2 big raidus pipes I have had them on my old 2016 wide glide as well and as far as stage 2 goes I'm trying to just do stage 1 for now and as for the handlebars I do love the oem cvo handlebars I just need to have them come closer to me while I'm riding so I'm not hunched over and or with a riser

I do but its on my M8. After about 500 miles after break in I thought I got a new shock before I got a new shock which is double the pleasure and your planted in and as much torque as my bike has where she wants to buck you off on my build the seat plants you in. Note I am pushed about an inch forward more but do not notice anything else different as far as up higher or lower.

That's good to hear. An inch forward might actually help me sit a little more upright and not have to reach so much for the bars. How's the lower back support? I have two bulged disks, and a herniated disk in my lower back. Realistically I probably shouldn't be riding a bike at all, but **** that lol. A little lower back support is what has me interested in a step-up seat.
