There seems to be some interest in this so here's the AAA link:
https://drivinglaws.aaa.com/tag/motorcycle-equipment/
Via the drop down menus, you can check requirements for all States and Canadian Provinces.
Might be worth a sticky ?

Thanks for the information Vinman411, useful and reassuring, I did send the company an e-mail as the 2017 CVO Breakout wasn't specifically listed but heard nothing in response. I presume the brake lever you ordered was part number LEV-B140-2 and clutch LEV-C150-2 just to be sure! Any chance of a couple of pictures fitted please?

Thanks again Vinman411 I will need to chase up Oberon themselves as those part numbers do not resemble any of the Harley-Davidson part numbers listed on their website and the 2017 CVO Pro Street Breakout isn't listed either. Maybe the part numbers listed on your photo are Hogleverage.com's own ones?

Your pic is a bit dark. Some brighter ones would interest many of us IMHO.
BTW, just if you're interested, if you ever want to tweak the high front profile just a tad and give yourself an inch or so extra clearance where it counts, and a fractionally longer wheelbase to boot, you can install 2" fork extensions very easily though you'd need to add a shoe to the kickstand if you did it.
,,,,,,,, Well come to think of it you'd probably also need to add a fork brace too. I found it necessary.
